The lehenga in your cupboard is an asset

Somewhere in most Indian homes there is a garment bag holding something extraordinary that has been worn exactly once. It cost more than a month of rent. It is doing nothing.

What consigning means here

You send us photographs and the retail value. If it fits what our customers book, we collect it, photograph it properly, price it, and list it. You keep ownership. Every time it goes out, you earn.

What it pays

The exact split is set out on the Sell With Us page, and it is the same numbers our own team works from — we do not quote one figure in marketing and another in a contract. A piece that rents well can return a meaningful share of what it cost you inside a year.

Rent or resell?

Renting usually earns more over time for anything genuinely special, because the piece keeps working. Resale makes sense when you want the cupboard space back and a single clean payment. You can choose either, or start with one and switch.

What we take

Designer occasion wear above a minimum retail value, in condition good enough that we would rent it ourselves. If we say no, we tell you why.

Wear it, don’t buy it

Rent the pieces in this story — alteration, delivery and GST included. Or list what’s sitting in your own wardrobe.
