Yes. Alteration, delivery, return and GST are all in the price you see. The only optional extras are customisation, a pre-delivery trial, and extra rental days — each priced clearly before you pay.
No. We do not take a deposit and we do not charge you for normal wear. Loss or serious damage is assessed fairly and always reviewed by a manager first.
Send us your measurements and our tailors will alter the garment before it reaches you, at no cost. If you are unsure before booking, raise a Fit Check and a stylist will compare your measurements against the actual garment and tell you honestly.
In store cities you pay a 40% booking advance online and the balance on delivery, including cash. In delivery-partner cities the full amount is paid online before dispatch. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets.
In store cities, right up to delivery — you get everything back above the non-refundable booking fee, within 24 hours. In delivery-partner cities you have up to one hour after delivery, with refunds within 7 days of pickup.
A named person on our team assigned to you. They call to confirm every booking, check your dates and size, and are the one number you call if anything goes wrong. Their details are in your account.
Yes — that is Sell With Us. Submit a proposal with photos, we review it within 48 hours, and if we take it on we photograph, price and list it. You earn every time it rents or sells. Minimum retail value is ₹30,000.
You keep 40% of every rental and 60% of a sale. Rentals are typically priced at 10–15% of the original retail value, and resale between 20% and 70%, depending on condition and demand.
