The price you see includes alteration, delivery and return at our store, and GST. No surprises at checkout.

Every online booking is confirmed by a call from your Relationship Manager, who checks your dates, size and event details before we dispatch anything.

In store cities you book with a 40% advance and pay the balance on delivery. In delivery-partner cities the full amount is paid before we ship.

In store cities you can cancel or change your booking right up to delivery; refunds above the non-refundable booking fee are processed within 24 hours. In delivery-partner cities you have up to 1 hour after delivery, with refunds within 7 days of pickup.

We do not take a deposit, and you are never charged for normal wear — a loose sequin or a scuffed hem is on us.

Send us your measurements and our tailors alter the garment before it reaches you, at no extra cost. Not sure about the fit? Raise a Fit Check and our stylists will tell you honestly.
