What we collect

Account details — name, mobile number, email, city.
Measurements — only what you choose to give us, used for alteration and fit checks.
Addresses — for delivery and pickup.
ID proof — required before we dispatch high-value items, stored encrypted and visible only to verified staff.
Bank details — consignors only, for payouts. Full account numbers are stored separately from your profile and are never sent to a browser or an app.
Usage data — what you browse, so the catalogue gets more useful.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your measurements or ID with any other customer. We do not send marketing messages to anyone who has opted out.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your data from your account, or by writing to contact@cognitivesquad.com. Where a legal or accounting obligation requires us to retain a record (order and tax history, for example), we retain only that record.
